Harry McGahey is an experienced attorney in the environmental
toxic tort, hazardous waste, hazardous materials and real estate
construction defect area. He is a Licensed California Real
Estate Broker, and holds a Professional Certificate in Hazardous Materials
Management from the University of California, San Diego Extension Program. (1987)
He has extensive experience in all aspects of hazardous waste and real estate
law, handling complex litigation in this area. He was the lead
plaintiff's attorney in the case of Zands v. Nelson, a Federal Court
case which forged a new remedy at the time for property owners needing
a remedy under RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act).
